Birkel - the love of noodles since 1874

Swabian spaetzle is something like the original of Birkel noodles, because when Balthasar Birkel watched his wife laboriously preparing spaetzle in 1874, the idea of ​​making the noodles more easily mechanically and selling them as a permanent product grew in him. Birkel has been producing a variety of pasta from Germany for 150 years. Today, in addition to the classics, there is the entire pasta range from spaghetti to ribbon pasta to wholemeal pasta.
