Café wreaths, Frisian leaves or hazelnut rings: Coppenrath's love of pastries runs in the family. The “family bakery” from Emsland has been skilled in the fine art of baking for six generations. The breakthrough came in the 1860s and 70s with a honey cake. Over 200 years, a small country bakery grew into a company that supplies more than 60 countries worldwide.
