Böklunder is the sausage from the country

Böklund is a small community in northern Germany with under 2000 inhabitants. August Christophersen founded the meat canning factory here in 1934. Today the company is one of the leading manufacturers on the German sausage market. Everyone knows the Böklunder Wiener or Frankfurter sausages, but there are many other meat and sausage products in jars or cans that can be discovered.
