Erasco - soups, stews and ready meals from Lübeck

Königsberger meatballs, roulades, pea stew or tomato cream soup are classics from the Erasco company from Lübeck. Starting in 1866, the founder Charlotte Erasmi successfully worked on improving the shelf life of canned vegetables. In 1870 she registered her canning factory in the commercial register and became a “purveyor to the royal court”. Production still takes place in Lübeck today; Erasco belongs to the Spanish company The GB Food.
