Granforno's delicious pastry sticks are ideal as an appetizer, with soup or as a snack between meals and bring Mediterranean flair to the table. "Granforno" is the large oven in which the crispy sticks are baked. The pastry has a long tradition in Italy that is said to date back to the 15th century. They were probably invented in Piedmont near Turin.
