From side dish to top seller: The caramel biscuit from Lotus Biscoff
Lotus Biscoff biscuits were long known from coffee houses, where they were served individually with a cappuccino. Their light caramel flavor has always whetted the appetite – and they've since found their way into supermarkets. Belgian baker Jan Boone developed the recipe back in 1932. Lotus Bakeries remains family-owned to this day, and the biscuits and spread delight crowds around the world.
