Milky Way is candy cream covered in milk chocolate. Frank C. Mars invented the cream with milk, thus creating his first chocolate bar, in 1923. This was the birth of a global corporation. Has anyone noticed the difference? Since the 1990s, the cream recipe has been modified several times, for example, by reducing the fat content. With the help of barley malt extract, the filling is now even more reminiscent of a milkshake.
