One of the most famous ready meals: Mirácoli, the spaghetti with Napolitana tomato sauce + seasoning mix, came onto the German market in 1961. The brand name is derived from the Italian word for "miracle". It was produced in Lower Saxony until 2012. Since the takeover by Mars, it has been manufactured in the Netherlands. In addition to the pasta packs, there are now many popular ready-made sauces for heating up.
