Tabasco Sauce - hot chili from Louisiana and Latin America

Tabasco chili sauce is legendary! Launched in 1868 by the Louisiana-based McIlhenny Co., Tabasco has been the epitome of hot sauce. The name is derived from the Mexican state of the same name. Initially, the chilies used for this sauce grew exclusively in Louisiana's fields, but due to better climatic conditions, some are now grown in Latin America.
