Chupa Chups lollipops, chewing gums and fruit gums
It wasn't the Americans or "Kojak": the candy on a stick is an invention from Spain that the confectionery manufacturer Enric Bernat had patented. The lollipops have been available under the name Chupa Chups since 1964. Chupa comes from the Spanish "chupar", which means "to lick". In addition to the fruity lollipops, you can of course also get many types of chewing gum and fruit gum from the pioneer brand.
